After almost 10 years of experience in commercial projects I have an opinion of a persistent problem solver and reliable advisor. I put great pressure on overall development process quality and eagerly adapt to new technologies. The thing I most like about the job is the transition it offers from 'how does it work' curiosity domain into 'how do I make it work' engineering experience.

I am an embedded systems engineer and team leader at Embevity, specializing in firmware development, low-level programming, and hardware design. I hold a master’s degree from the Silesian University of Technology.
With a strong focus on real-time systems, I have extensive experience working with Zephyr RTOS and developing robust, efficient embedded solutions from concept to production. I lead development teams, guide architectural decisions, and enjoy solving complex technical challenges with a practical, hands-on approach.

My professional career has allowed me to develop in many areas related to embedded systems. Starting as a low-level programmer, I worked on projects that required engineers to frequently step outside their comfort zone and learn new things on an ongoing basis. This allowed me to gain competence in application programming, FPGA and hardware design.
I am most comfortable implementing complex measurement systems that combine
FPGA, hardware and firmware. I like it when the subject matter of a project is scientifically oriented and requires preliminary familiarization with the theory behind the measurement being performed.
Outside of work, I am a musician, a lover of literature and cinema, and a beginner judoka.

During my career, first as a designer of industrial automation systems and then as a designer in the R&D department of a manufacturing company, I have created solutions of various scales, from small sensors, through advanced LED controllers, precise DC, BLDC, and stepper motor controllers, to large-scale power and control systems for large industrial facilities.

At Embevity, I am responsible for hardware design, and I possess extensive knowledge of hardware, firmware, implementation into mass production, and many complementary areas such as mechanics, graphic design, reverse engineering, troubleshooting, documentation supervision, etc., which provides a comprehensive perspective on the designed and verified product.
In my work, I prioritize quality and pay attention to detail.

I enjoy challenging projects and R&D work, so I appreciate Embevity's wide range of design tasks in high-speed, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, EMC, RF, and more, as well as its competent team, which positively surprises with its capabilities.

In my free time, I enjoy tinkering, reading mostly non-fiction books, and spending quality time with my family.

Over the years I have acquired plethorea of skills, spanning various technologies including hardware design, FPGAs, bare-metal firmware, embedded software and even web interfaces. Experience taught me humility, but have not exstinguished the joy of accomplishment and drive for self-improvement. No mater the challenge, I strive for excellence. Wide array of interests enables me to see "the big picture", from single transistor to complex distributed system. After all, our clients seek neither code nor PCB traces - they need solutions to their problems, which I am happy to provide as an engineer.
