We developed a sophisticated motherboard tailored for a family of optical interrogation products utilizing fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs). At its core, the design leverages the Zynq UltraScale+ platform, providing robust processing capabilities to manage high-speed, multi-channel ADCs and DACs operating at 125 Msps. The system features a highly intricate analog front-end that ensures optimal laser source control and precise photodiode signal conditioning.

With over 2,500 components on the PCB, this is among the most complex designs we have delivered. Its modular architecture ensures versatility, enabling our client seamless adaptation across various product lines with unique requirements.
